At The Decorating Company we make a point of engaging with every customer, recognising that some clients, whether corporate or domestic, will have clear ideas about what they want and others will want help and guidance to either a minimal or maximum degree. Our overriding aim is to ensure that we provide the exact level of service relevant to our client's requirement, whether this involves a full project management integration or a simple decoration of the spare bedroom.

WHAT SETS US APART - Our Pledges To You

We always give a firm quotation, which details every stage of the project.  Any subsequent adjustment to the cost is done in full consultation with the client – no nasty surprises!

We keep disruption to a minimum – we appreciate that having workmen in your home or place of work can be stressful.

We work in a tidy fashion – our workmen never leave a mess and will put furniture, desks and so forth back in place when the job is completed.

We do not charge a penny until the client is completely satisfied with the project.

We aim to give objective, practical and straightforward advice to clients on how to approach projects and choice of materials.

Our tradesmen will always show up on time and keep to the project schedule.  If this is not possible we will contact you to explain why.
